I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, perfect for my family of four with kids aged 9 and 15. The location was fantastic, close to attractions but away from the crowds. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, but the small room for breakfast was a downside. The dining experience in the lovely courtyard was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained.

I felt like I hit the jackpot with this hotel! The rooms were so cozy and comfortable, and we even got lucky and they were ready when we arrived early. Spacious, clean, and with lovely tea and coffee facilities plus a stocked minibar with free wine and drinks for our arrival day. The service was beyond friendly and informative, with helpful recommendations and even a room upgrade offer considering our luggage. The location was just perfect, not too touristy but close enough to everything we wanted to see, like the Academy Bridge and Grande Canal. Dining was a delight with a variety of delicious options, and the facilities were top-notch.
